HEARTBROKEN
Obedience to God’s calling does not require perfect circumstances, but only that we choose to act and follow His leading. I grew up in a Christian home and had seen God work in the lives of many friends and family members. While obedience to God’s direction should have been natural to me, in the moment when it counted I chose to disobey and take on the heavy burden of trying to build life on my own. I invite you to walk with me on my journey through the darkness and heartbreak of my self-inflicted separation from God. We will see how He was with me through it all and how His sacrificial love shattered the darkness of my heartbreak and put me back together piece by piece. Through this journey He ultimately led me back to a place where I could once again choose obedience to Him.
What Happens Next?
Heartbroken shares the story of how God brought me from the darkness of disobedience to a place where I could finally choose to be obedient to His calling. As I step out in faith I fervently believe that God has something planned for my new life of obedience. My hope for this website is for us to stay in touch.
